Product Support Manager Central Asia (m/f/d)

Your responsibility

As general agent for Allison Transmission, DGS supplies automatic transmissions and corresponding spare parts for commercial vehicles to Central Asia. Service for these products is handled by local authorized dealers. As Product Support Manager Central Asia (m/f/d), you will play a key role in providing technical support to authorized dealers and expanding the dealer network. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist dealers with technical issues related to Allison automatic transmissions.
Coordination and handling of warranty issues in close cooperation with the dealers.
Effective communication and coordination with OEMs for joint solution finding (also on-site).
Coordinate training of dealer service staff and repair support by DGS mechanics on site.
Dealer Development
- Active search, selection and development of potential distributors.
- Responsibility for the design of dealer contracts
- Developing the competencies and skills of dealers to ensure quality service.
- Plan and control inventory levels to ensure a smooth supply of spare parts.
- Develop business plans with dealers to continuously improve the offering and develop them as the preferred address for Allison service in the market.

We wish

Completed college degree in technology, engineering or comparable education.
Solid experience in technical support and dealer management, ideally in the automotive or powertrain sector.
Willingness to travel
Distinct technical interest and high communication skills
Business fluent in Russian, German and English
Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems and other relevant IT systems
