DGS Transfer Cases
DGS Transfer Case VG 2600
This transfer case developed by DGS is ideally suited for direct mounting on the Allison 4000 series. However, the VG 2600 can also be installed remote behind any other product. This two-stage transfer case is easy to integrate into the driveline, provides the necessary axle offset and can simultaneously supply high power and torque.
The VG 2600 is used in:
- Cranes
- All-wheel drive vehicles
- Rail vehicles
- All types of special vehicles
- Stationary drives (hydraulic, drilling rigs)
In combination with the DGS VG 2600, an Allison 4000 series gearbox can be used as a replacement drive for Allison transmissions discontinued: HT 750 DB,HT 755 DB, CL(B)T 754 DB, CL(B)T 755 DB, CL(B)T 5800 DB, CL(B)T 5900 DB (models with an integrated offset gearbox)
DGS Reversing Gearbox WG 600
Our reversing gearbox offers the possibility to drive forward and reverse at the same speed. In order to keep the drive train as short as possible, it has been developed for direct mounting to the Allison 1000 and 2000 series transmissions.
Applications for this transmission include:

Airport ramp buses
