Head of Controlling, Accounting & Finance (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• You are the head of our Controlling department with Human Resources and Finance. This makes you part of the company’s extended management team, to whom you report directly at regular meetings.
• You will lead a team of four accountants, consisting of an accountant and three experienced bookkeepers, who will independently prepare the financial and payroll accounting up to the annual financial statements in-house.
• You monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable with liquidity planning and the solvency of our customers and maintain contact with our banks.
• You are responsible for all relevant financial data, key figures and business evaluations and their interpretation.
• You manage the operational business of financial and payroll accounting. You are familiar with the applicable principles of proper accounting and German tax law as well as the requirements of international business.
• On the basis of the data and in close cooperation with the operational business units, you will prepare and be responsible for the annual financial statements and annual budget planning.
• You will receive regular training on management, finance and human resources.
• You will of course be familiarized with the relevant IT systems and our ERP system so that you can later drive forward the further development and digitalization of internal business processes.
